At Artzera, we aim to deliver your artwork safely, swiftly, and seamlessly. We currently ship to most locations across India. Please note, certain products may have specific delivery restrictions based on size, fragility, or destination.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive estimated delivery timelines based on item availability and your chosen shipping method. Heavier items are sent via trusted ground couriers, while lighter artworks may be shipped by air to ensure faster delivery.
We partner with reliable courier services to guarantee that your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time.
Shipping Address Verification
Before completing your payment, your email, phone number, pin code, and shipping address will be verified. If your provided address is outside the serviceable areas of our delivery partners or artists, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping location.
Please note: Artzera is not liable for failed deliveries in unserviceable areas.
Multiple Orders
If you place multiple items in one transaction, we will do our best to ship them together. However, due to variations in product size, artist location, or logistics, they may arrive in separate packages. All items in a single order will be shipped to one delivery address. For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are based on courier company rates.
Delivery Timelines
Our standard delivery window is 7–15 business days, depending on the type and destination of the product. Over 70% of our orders are delivered within 7–10 days from the date of purchase. We’re committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check the status anytime by visiting ‘My Orders’ under your Artzera account dashboard. Please note: tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
