 Terms & Conditions For Artist Registration

1. Registration Fee

Artist agrees to pay ₹500/- as one-year registration fee to ARTZERA. This fee is renewable annually.

2. Refund Policy

If the artworks submitted by the artist are not approved by ARTZERA (due to quality, originality, or violation of terms), the registration fee of ₹500/- will be refunded within 7 working days to the same account/UPI from which it was paid.

3. Originality of Artwork

Artist confirms that all artworks submitted are original, self-created, and do not infringe any copyright. In case of any copyright violation, the artist will be solely responsible.

4. Artwork Approval

ARTZERA reserves the right to approve or reject any artwork if it does not meet quality, originality, or platform guidelines.

5. Pricing & Commission

  • Artist is free to set the price of their artworks.

  • ARTZERA charges 25% admin fees.

  • Shipping charges are extra on every successful sale.

6. Shipping & Packing

Artist must send their artwork to ARTZERA once it is approved.
ARTZERA will handle packaging and delivery of the order to the customer.

7. Payment to Artist

Payment for the artwork will be transferred to the artist’s UPI account within 10–15 days after the buyer receives the artwork and does not return it within 7 days.

8. Promotion & Use of Images

By registering, the artist authorises ARTZERA to use images of the artworks for marketing and promotional activities.

9. Annual Renewal

Membership automatically expires after 12 months unless renewed. Renewal fee may change with notice.
